Now, you know what I am talking about, don't cha? hahaha!!! Yes! You got it!!! You got it!!! You are right, this innovative way of extending the growth of your eye lashes simply called its medication as "LATISSE".

The very first moment I saw the ad, Man! I exclaimed pretty hard and said "Oh!!! COOL!" Yes! for me it is really cool. Imagine? There is a way to extend a women's eye lashes and its added to most women's vanity, and mind you this is very effective. One of my friend always paid a fake eyelashes that will last only for 2 weeks but then when latisse came out I would say that she may be probably the first person that I personally who made her appointment with the latisse specialist and after 2 small bottle of application believe it or not her eye lashes looks absolutely awesome!!!! and you know how much it cost? for a very tiny bottle? $120. so as of now she used 2 bottle already but its a money worth spending. Whew!!!

On the other hand, someone asked me if what I want as my x-mas gift, I know it sounds so vain and I was so skeptic to say what I want, but I don't want anything at all and I honestly only want the LATISSE. hahahahahha!!! Why? because I don't have any eyelashes at all, well that sounds so exag I have of course but no matter how much mascara i would use still it does not shown at all...Well, there was a story behind my very unfortunate eye lashes, when I was in first year high school, one of my aunt has a new baby perhaps a few months old I am not sure how old was the baby perhaps 6,7,8,9 months old and then I saw her cut her baby's eye lashes and after a few weeks the baby's eye lashes grew longer, thicker and kinda curlier just give so much impact on the baby's eye and it looked great, so what happened when I was all by myself I also secretly cut my own lashes with my late grandmother's sewing scissor and hoping that my eye lashes will grow longer, thicker and curlier the same as the baby because I love it. so much. But, there is this but, what happened is my eye lashes unfortunately since then did not grow back the way it was and unbelievably a lot shorter and my dream of having as much as the same with my aunt baby by then didn't happen at all. Whew!!!! sad to say until now still to no avail and I am giving up my hope that it will grow back but I doubt it, and like I have said no matter how much and whatever kind of mascara I would apply on it still it just nothing. It didn't even show at all. Huhuhu!

So, I guess Latisse is my foremost x-mas list. hahaha!!!! This is just soo awesome!!!! and absolutely and effectively works.

I bought several cute clothes for my first official pamangkin or niece my one and only pamangkin ever. her name is Marianne Mikaela Negrosa Castillo. She is 2 years old and 6 months now and hope she is doing great. I am sure that my sister would love to receive my simple gifts for her lovely daughter, well even when I was still in the Philippines I always bought my little pamangkin any clothes and shoes that I found cute and I always tend to buy a quality one as always, and I kept emphasizing to my sister that whenever she buy clothes for her daughter always go for a quality one because it is better to have a few but at least quality rather than having a lots that looks awful. Are you an Oprah's fan??? I may say I am not. Yes! I sometimes watch her show but as not as much as other people loves it. I would say that she is awesome and in fact one of our own local Tv Host named Kris Aquino adored her much in fact I guess she set Oprah as her model being a talk show host as well in the Philippines. But the announcement of Oprah that she will end her show? What for? Hmmm....At least that show made her one of the billionares in the world, isn't it? enough to fund her campaign and does made her popular in all four corners of this globe. correct? I am kinda in doubt...Why? Did Oprah considering to run for an office? a governor??? A senate maybe??? perhaps she is considering it, what do you think? Oprah is one of the very successful african/american that ever live even before Pres. invictus

When I went to see the movie "2012" of course before the movie starts isn't it? they will show numbers of advertisements and of course you can get to see the previews of the up coming movies? right? well, last time while I was watching the previews there is one movie that automatically struck me, and the movie entitled "INVICTUS" starred by Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon. And the title of the movie is the very title of one of my favorite POEM by HEART, as I have mentioned in my very first entry in my first blog A Nomadic Visions I blogged about the poem entitled "DESIDERATA" this my foremost favorite poem by heart ever since I was in first year High School and memorized this by heart and mind in fact this serves as my foremost lessons in life a mirror, a guide that I always count on. Every stanzas echoed a great lesson that every young one must pay attention and every young one must apply in their lives, because I believed that the author of this poem is a person who has a deep thoughts and knew the different stages of life which the young generation must know and yet failed to notice, this is a poem that authors is been there, done that, and know the difference of life stages. therefore Desiderata is an ultimately great poem for me and more importantly my very guide through life. However, aside from DESIDERATA I have come to love one poem and that's none other than the INVICTUS written by William Ernest Henley.

Invictus is a Latin word which means "unconquered" and it was first publish in 1875. Whew!!! Imagine? 1875??? amazing isn't it?

William Ernest Henley is an English poet, critic, and editor. At the age of 12, Henley became a victim of tuberculosis of the bone. In spite of this, in 1867 he successfully passed the Oxford local examination as a senior student. His diseased foot had to be amputated directly below the knee; physicians had announced that the only way to save his life was to amputate. Henley persevered and survived with one foot intact. He was discharged in 1875, and was able to lead an active life for nearly 30 years despite his disability. With an artificial foot, he lived until the age of 53. "Invictus" was written from a hospital bed despite Henley's condition.

I love this poem big big big time, aside from Desiderata this is the second poem that I have come to memorize as well by all heart and soul. I love the last two lines which is " I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul" This is the poem I had presented before my Education college Dean and Professors in college as my teaching demo who were there to watch and assess me if I am capable enough to handle my future High School students, they were there to assess me if I have the skills and the knowledge to be a teacher or a successful teacher in the future. I would say that i did a great job and that teaching demo I had presented enough for those authorities to give the 1.0 grade the highest grade a College student can get in Philippine Educational Curriculum. So while I was watching the movie preview "INVICTUS" my memory brought me back to my hard but good old meaningful college days...It was superb and I would surely watch this movie.
